SHIPPING POLICY

How It Works

  • Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.
  • Updates will be given to you with every step of the shipping process till it gets to your door. 
  • Items are usually shipped within 48 hours of every placed. (Placed also means paid in full)
  • Respective delivery details such as tracking information and expected arrival dates and times will be provided via email. 
  • Also note that shipping methods may be adjusted depending on the delivery location as a safety measure to ensure that your orders get delivered to you the soonest. 
  • Please note that unpaid orders will not be fulfilled. unpaid orders will also be subject to automatic cancelation after 10 days for non payment. 
  • PO Box addresses in some cases are undeliverable via our trusted carrier services and you will be notified if this happens in your case. At that point, you are advised to provide an alternate address so we can serve you as soon as possible and avoid further delays.
